DESTINATION WEDDINGS

For weddings located more than two (2) hours from our Altamonte Springs office, mileage will be charged in accordance with our travel policy. Due to the distance and to ensure the highest level of service, overnight accommodations are also required.

Overnight Accommodation Requirements

• Wedding Officiant: One (1) night hotel accommodation
• Day-of Coordination: Two (2) night hotel accommodations
• Floral Design & Installation: Two (2) to Three (3) night hotel accommodations, depending on event logistics and installation schedule

Hotel accommodations may be reserved by the couple or added to your final invoice. Accommodations should be at a clean, safe, and reputable hotel located within a reasonable distance of the wedding venue.
